If you want to make an appointment for a coach's course, you only need to go to the coach profile page to view the coach's open schedule and select a suitable time period to make the appointment. Please note that 'booked' indicates that the time period has been reserved by other users, and you can only choose from the coach's free time period.

Once you make a reservation, you promise to participate in the course. We understand that emergency situations can sometimes occur, and there are many reasons why students have to unexpectedly miss classes. But if you are unable to attend classes, we strongly recommend that you respect the coach's valuable time and cancel the classes at least one working day in advance. If you cancel the course, you can still make use of the course time again. If you do not cancel one working day in advance, you will not be able to use these times again.

In order to respect the rights and interests of both parties, both students and coaches have the right to cancel one working day in advance. When the supervisor cancels the appointment, you will receive an email notification.   When you or the coach cancels the appointment, the system will automatically return the time of the day, and you can reschedule to another time of the week or mentor. Please also note that after submitting the appointment, the supervisor needs to confirm your appointment in a timely manner.
